Sorry the pics are not as clear as I'd like!
From inner corners to outer corners, I used:
1. white
2. yellow
3. orange
4. purple
Then, I added red to the crease. I used white eyeliner on bottom, liquid black liner on top. I also have fake lashes on. I used a business card while applying shadow to the outer corner to get that "perfect clean slant." This works better than tape.
